I've been filling in as a co-host on the 10!Show at NBC 10 to learn that Colin McAndrew is an essential part of things running smoothly. I think it's fair to say he wears several hats: audience coordinator, prize give-away coordinator and sometimes floor director.
Anyway, some of our regulars in the audience became aware that Colin and his wife are expecting their first child in a few weeks. The audience, like us, loves and appreciates Colin so today they threw him a Baby Shower.
I wish I had my camera rolling when they rolled out the presents and the cake after today's show. Colin was in complete shock and seemed a little intimidated by the prospect of opening baby clothes to the traditional oohs and aahs. Still, he went with it.
I had to giggle. My first Man Shower! Check this out. May be a new tradition. Why not?

Colin is one of the nicest people you could ever meet, he has always been so good to all of us that we wanted to do something special for him. I was so happy that he was surprised, and Congrats to Colin and his wife. Olivia will be here soon!
