You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover is yourself. ~Alan Alda
Who comes up with these crazy ideas? My daughter (of mechanical bull idea) offered this one. I thought it was a little nuts to drive somewhere for an hour without having any idea where I was going.
I had a long to do list today. Driving aimlessly was just not one of my goals. But it turns out driving with no planned destination and try to get lost is an interesting exercise. You're forced to choose roads you've never been on, and those roads take you places you've never been.
Watch and find out where I ended up by accident. A place of treehouses and trolls.
Tyler Arboretum in Media, Pa. has a special kids trail full of treehouses designed by local artists. Loved the butterfly house and may come back for the eight mile hiking trail here.
It was a perfect accidental journey reminding me once again you don't always need a map to end up somewhere really good.
