Chef Joseph Cicala of Le Virtu in South Philadelphia came on the 10! show today. He taught Tim Furlong and me how to make gnocchi. Tim tried to paddle me with the gnocchi board. BAD boy!
Anyway, I can't say gnocchi, but I think I can make it now.
